Description

This patient underwent lower eyelid surgery, in which excess skin and fat were removed from the undereye area to reduce the appearance of bags and sagging under the eyes. She also underwent Asian rhinoplasty with the placement of a silicone nasal implant to give height and definition to the nose bridge, as well as alarplasty to reduce the lateral width across the nostrils for a slimming look.
